  • Launch new collaborative ventures such as a cooperative, a non-profit organisation, a grower’s organisation, a group of producers: the individual stakeholders are gathered and together we look for the common denominator, the desired organisational structure, the needs, the activities, and so on. Then we can also oversee the establishment of the collaborative venture. APC usually works with the business’s accountant, notary and/or legal counsel.   • Existing organisations wishing to reorient themselves: Organisations often start out with a few people only to quickly grow into very large bodies, which often require a different organisational structure and approach. Sometimes new ideas or fresh creative ideas are required within organisations. APC assists these organisations in their change process.
